活動概述：目前許多健康產業同業常缺乏健康管理師的人才，再加上許多醫療與衛生教育從業人員的健康管理知識僅限於自己專業的部分，大部分都著

重在醫療層面，其重點在於許多人誤認為醫療就是健康管理，反而限制了健康產業的發展。本會規劃本班課程就是要讓學員在經過本課程的學習後，可

以成為有相當基礎的健康管理師，協助各業者面對消費者的需求，推廣健康自主管理的理念。

Activities Overview: Many health industry peers often lack health management division of the talent, plus a number of medical practitioners and health education, health management knowledge is restricted to part of their professional, most of the Emphasis medical level, the focus is that many people mistakenly believe that health is the health management, but limited the healthy development of the industry. This class will be planning this course is to get students through this course in may, after To become a significant base of health management division, to assist the industry to face the needs of consumers, promote healthy self-management concept.

馬總統蒞臨2010台灣生技月開幕
(記者林啟生台北報導)今年10國850個攤位盛大展出，馬英九總統22日蒞臨「2010台灣生技月」開幕典禮，展現政府對台灣發展生物科技產業的支持。馬總統在開幕致詞時指出，生技產業是當前最受矚目的明星產業，宣示政府將持續投入研發、鼓勵投資、提昇產業競爭力，他並對今年能有430家國內外廠商，高達850個攤位參展，表示高度肯定。他在主辦單位生物產業發展協會理事長、生技中心董事長李鍾熙博士的陪同下，繞行展場參觀，總統並特別帶上3D立體眼鏡，感受進入到果蠅腦神經系統的微妙世界。
這項3D立體腦神經影像系統的技術，是由清華大學腦科學中心所研發。被認為可能解開阿茲海默症等腦部病變之迷，因此獲選為今年的「大會之星」。總統在看完這項以「生物組織澄清」技術，將一顆小小的果蠅腦袋，解構出上萬條神經細胞，並且逐一以不同的顏色標記，再以3D影像生動展現的技術後，對國人的研發創新能力以及生技產業未來的發展前景，抱持高度的肯定與期許。
一手催生「台灣生技月」活動的李鍾熙理事長表示，生技月今年已邁入第八屆，當初推動的初衷，是希望能像資訊月一樣，帶領台灣生技產業展現出國際能見度，進而促進產業發展。今年共有高達850個展出攤位，吸引430家國內外廠商參展，較去年成長逾一成，顯示台灣生技產業持續發展中。
本次生技月開幕典禮除總統親臨致詞外，包括總統府資政詹啟賢、總統府副祕書長賴峰偉、經濟部次長黃重球、衛生署副署長張上淳、農委會副主委胡興華等政府首長均一同出席剪綵，為展覽揭開序幕，隨後總統也逐一參觀了經濟部、農委會、生技中心以及台北市政府等單位的展出攤位。
2010台灣生技月-生物科技大展，於7月22日至25日，每天上午10:00到下午6:00在台北世貿一館一連展出四天。今年展出的生技產業成果，不僅包括最新科技研發技術，也包括應用於日常生活、促進醫療健康的生技產品，展現生物科技為未來人類提供更優質生活的特性。
展場內並特別設立國外生技企業展示區，邀請來自美國、日本、加拿大、英國、法國、德國、荷蘭、紐西蘭、澳洲等地的生技企業及駐台辦事處，展示國際生技產業發展概況。希望透過此一展覽平台，能讓國內、外的生技企業進行多方交流，促成合作商機，協助國內生技業者拓展國際市場與合作交流。
此外，同步展出「美容醫學．生技保健大展」，今年展出更多以客製化、有機環保、天然萃取研發技術產品為主題，展中可見多樣首次發表之專利，及台灣首見之專利儀器，同時也提供免費皮膚、身體檢測作戰計畫，歡迎關心台灣生物科技發展以及重視健康美麗的民眾參觀

Preface:
TAIEX has started to risen from the bottom since January 2009., Although the index has came to 7,300 points until September of the same year, there are still 1,900 points difference between last May when the new government took up post. Meanwhile, Sector Index of Biotechnology & Medical Care has returned as the same index as last May, performed much better than TAIEX. It is contributed to the development strategies for six key emerging industries set by the Executive Yuan, in which medicine and health care, biotechnology, green energy, and high-end agriculture all belong to BioIndustry.The main goal of “Biotechnology Takeoff package” announced on March 26 is to assist bio industry in breaking through the difficulties by the government. Enable the industry’s annual production value to double within the next four years, and rapidly make it a “trillion dollar industry.” The Biotechnology Venture Capital Fund (BVC), which was jointly formed by the government and the private sectors with the aim of collecting NT$10 billion of capital in the initial stage, and reveals that the government’s determination to take the lead to develop the biotechnology industry Global financial tsunami, 8/8 flood(Taiwan’s Typhoon Morakot disaster), frequent cross-strait interaction, ECFA conclusion and so on The year of 2009 is a year which full of uncertainty, but as all the disasters went by and all kinds of policies have started to work well, these all show that the year 2010 will be definitely a hopeful year!Bio Taiwan 2010 is going to invite all circles of representatives to seize the chance and fight for the bright future of Biotechnology in Taiwan.
